The Essence: Philosophy, Experience, and Culture.

We are first and foremost rugby players and coaches. Secondly we are fashion designers, branders and business innovators. We have established a style and philosophy of conducting ourselves through rugby that is a direct representation of who we are.

The Essence is the core belief and philosophy that we all belong and represent a greater cause through RugbyDept. We train the best we can and we play above standards set in the past, that same tenacity and passion is what we bring to the sport and fashion industry.

We haven't tried to be like anyone else because they would not do our brand, nor our vision justice.

We do this because we are apart of the Essence and that Essence of who and what we represent is so powerful that we have to express ourselves.
